One day, a car hit an old man but did not stop to help him. Rather, it sped away as fast as it could, leaving the poor man alone. He got injured badly while a crowd began to gather at the spot. But none came forward to help him. they only showed sympathy for the man, commenting on the ills of rash driving. Then two school boys coming from their school saw the old man and helped him get to the hospital. They waited till he was given proper treatment and even offered to drop him to his home. They also helped the man file a case at the police station. Once, all things were settled, they went ahead to their own homes.
Moral: Timely help saves lives.
