IT was like any other Sunday morning when Ram received a mysterious looking letter addressed to him.- He was amazed to see the paper on which the letter was written had the royal seal of Junagarh.- He remembered having heard stories of Junagarh from his grandfather who had always claimed to be a descendant of the royal family there.- Everybody had dismissed his grandfather's tales as the rantings of an old and senile mind.- The letter said that Ram was the rightful heir to the Junagarh fortune and must go to the state to claim his right!- All he had to do was carry the royal seal and the key to the chest of treasures.- But, Ram did not have any such stuff.- he kept thinking hard and suddenly remembered the gift given to him by his grandpa just before he had passed away: it was a long rusty chain with trinkets hanging from it.- Ram retrieved it from an old trunk and saw that one f the trinkets was a key and the other was a ring with a the royal insignia of Junagarh.- He reached the state of Junagarh and was given a grand welcome.- The ring proved his identity and the key opened the chest of treasures: gold coins, precious gems and jewels.- Ram distributed a majority of the treasure to the small population of Junagarh and kept the rest for himself.
