The mysterious footsteps
It was a winter morning and I decided to go out for a walk in fresh snow. Just after sometime, I got lost in my own thoughts and did not see what was coming from the opposite side. A car came and hit me and I was lying on the ground bleeding.
After sometime, I was walking again enjoying the snow when suddenly I realised that I was not leaving any footsteps. I was petrified on realising that I was not alive anymore. I could hear my parents crying in pain. I tried to go near them but couldn't.
I wanted to come back to life and wished to be more careful. I felt as if someone tried to pull me. When I opened my eyes, I found that my brother was standing in front of me. I was relieved to find that it was just a dream. A single dream made me realise the worth of my life.
