I was walking with my boyfriend about a month ago. We both bunked our class in order to celebrate our 1st anniversary. Unlike me, my bf loves to surprise me and constantly show how much he loves me. Also we both live at two localities, but he always travels with me in the same bus, together.
So, on that day, we both got onto the same bus and for a change went to temple. We played on the park nearly for an hour and then went to the nearest mall for some shopping even though I hate shopping. We both planned to go to a nice movie with friends, have a good meal and part away by the day end.
After shopping, he got me a kinder joy then I sat down to draw and color. By the time, our friends reached and all of the sudden, I closed my eyes when I heard a big pop sound. Next thing I saw was lot of shiny papers from the confetti air canon popper and a cute black forest cake, with all the decorations and the writing, "365 Days of LOVE". I wasn't surprised, even though I was. Me not being a party girl, having the first surprise gift was so dam-n special, but also a bit sad knowing he saved all his savings for that day.
Then we packed up the rest, and went for the movies. It was quite early since no one else than the theatre authorities where there. Again, suddenly he proposed me again, but only this time with a ring. That was a surprise. With a positive smile, I accepted him again and a hug.
With eyes full of tears, I didn't know if I was worth all these.
Having a boyfriend who was my crush for two years or more and who had a crush on me for an year, moreover being my best friend, I still don't know if I deserve him. Although I know I love him too.
