A soon as mom and dad left and I locked the door. After about an hour I heard the glass of my window crash , I was scared but I got up to check for any intrusions . But when i went to check the windows of the house , I found out that there was no window . I thought what else could have broken , a glass or maybe a showpiece . But there was no one at home except me . This thought send a chill down my spine .
What if someone had entered the house and been here for a long time , what if it was wind , but the windows were closed . My heart starting racing and I ran back to my room and called mom , but she said that it may be my imagination and i have been watching too many horror movies ! I still thought that it was not something i imagined so i went to the kitchen to check if it was some glass .
When i was just about to enter the kitchen , i heard someone shuffling stuff in there. Quite unusual. I peered in and saw a huge man , wearing all black , untidy hair and a big creepy smile on his face searching for something in the refrigerator. My heart stopped , to see someone so scary was shocking to me. I slowly sat under the table watching him do stuff , he also had a big knife in his hand . I was very scared as he maybe here to kill someone or had killed someone. He stopped to work and closed the refrigerator and then started carving something on the cabinet . It was like nails on a chalkboard . He then went out of the house and after few minutes i came put from under there and saw what he wrote , it curdled my blood when i read it , it said " I SEE YOU UNDER THE TABLE DEAR" , i ran back to my room and lied under my blanket and stayed there till i woke up in the morning .
