Grib dass and kuber chand were two best friends. They couldn't live without each other. They always want each others company. But kuber chnd is now leaving in foreign country . They separated from each other as kuber becomes rich man.
But kuber didn't forget his old friend. He was returning to his village to meet his old friend grib dass. He was very excited. He gleefully started his journey of meeting his childhood friend. When he was on the way, he was recalling everything whatever they both done in the past.
Kuber became a rich man as he saved the life of the only child of king. The child of king was drowning in the river. Noone was there to help him. So it was kuber who saved his life. In the return of this good deed, the king gave him a bag of gold coins and hundred measures of land.
After three days of journey, kuber reached in the village. He knocked the door of his dear friend and with eyes full of tear he met his dear friend. Grib dass asked him that do you still remember me. Than kuver said, "garib dass my fate has changed, not my heart.i have never forgotten the time that we two have spent together." Now there was tears in the eyes of grib dass also. And then they sat together and shared feelings with each other.
