It was raining cats and dogs. I was all alone at home when suddenly the windows scattered in strong air. I was scared. I sat on the chair by strongly holding it.
It was getting quite difficult for me to stay put like that. It was dark inside and outside was darker; only a few late lightenings.
I was standing by the bed and there was lightning struck outside. I heard something crawling under my bed. I switched on the torch and it was giving a low light. In that light, one couldn't see anything better but in that dark, I was getting more senses to my visualizations.
Then I looked under the bed and there was a little mouse, and it fled by the torchlight.
What I saw was unspeakable! It was an unexpected appearance of my nightmares. I saw someone standing outside my window case when there was a lightening in afar.
The moment was paused by that invisible power and I was unable to shake my body. Moments passed. I came to my senses when there was a gentle knock at the front door. Running quickly, I went to the door and opened it. I saw my parents and took a moment of relief.
