Write a story that could represent this math problem.

The equation two sixths times three fourths equals blank. Below is a rectangle partitioned into twenty four units. Each unit has a width of one sixth and a length of one fourth. The first two rows of the rectangle has a width of two sixths and its three columns has a length of three fourths.
