Once there was a young lady named Meera who was arrogant in nature. She always judged people by their looks and not by their manners. She belonged to a middle class family and was very intelligent girl in school and college. She had completed her education and had topped her college. Her parents were proud of her achievements. She was looking for a job. She had applied for it in many companies. One day she received a call from a very big company she had applied for job in. They asked her to come for the interview and her interview would be taken by Ms Manisha Singh. She was confident that she would get the job as her qualifications are very good. She went there and when she went there she was looking at her certificate while walking in the office and bumped to a woman who was dressed as a peon. Though it was her mistake, Meera scolded the woman and told her that when she will be hired in the company, the first thing she will do is to throw her out of the company. The another woman didn't say anything and went away quietly. Few minutes later Meera was called for the interview and when she went in the cabin, she was shocked to see that the woman whom she mistook to be a peon was actually Manisha Singh. Manisha saw her and told her that she was dressed as a peon as she wanted to test her as she hire only those people who treat everyone equally and doesn't judge anyone by his/her looks and she failed in the test so she was asked to leave immediately. Meera apologied to her and requested her to at least look at her qualifications to which Manisha replied that she looks at qualifications of only those who passes the first test. Meera lost a very nice job just because she judged a book by it's cover.
