Under the mango tree, Tommy was sleeping when he was suddenly awakened by a loud noise. It was as if something had got knocked down. He looked around him and saw some people alittle away from where he was. He hurriedly wore his cap and shoes, andrushed to the spot. He found a motorcyclist lying wounded on the ground.Tommy asked a person standing near him what had actually happened. The person said that the motorcycling had come riding very fast and lost control of the vehicle. He rammed into an electric post and fell off his bike. Theimpact of the hit onthe electric post was so much that it had caused the transformer fixed on the post to burst. The crowd had gathered on hearing the sound. No one appeared to be interested in helping the motorcyclist. Tommy rushed to anearby shop and bought a bottle of water and a bottle of Dettol. He went back to the injured person and gave him the water to drink. After that, he cleaned the wounds with Dettoland helped the man get to the nearby hospital.
