I arrived in the bus station of Bangalore and to my surprise, a kid snatched by bags and started to run. i ran as fast as I could behind them until one tall dude came in and stopped me. He said that he would give me my bags if i gave them 1,000 Rupees. I literally peed in my pants and gave them my money and ran off from there. I immediately called my friends and asked them to pick me up as fast as they could.
I again saw that tall dude approaching me and i pulled out my last note on 500 and handed it to him. To my surprise, the actually put back my 1,000 Rupees back in my pocket and hugged me. Only then did i realize that they were actually my friends.
It was the summer vacations and it had been 5 long years since I last met my friends. We were studying in the same class till we were in 5th class. My father had a transfer to Hyderabad and i had to leave behind my 3 best friends. So, i decided to met them in Bangalore after my board exams had ended.
We went to one of my friends house and after insulting me for an whole hour about how scared i got, we ate our breakfasts. Later we sat and decided to discuss what we all did during the time we were not together. Unfortunately, the odds were not in my favor and it was my turn to go first.
I decided to tell a short small story which happened during my board exams. It was the first exam and i was really tensed. my parents had decided to go out so that i could study in peace. The day before the exam I had to finish the entire. I went to the washroom to freshen up. i turned on the tap to fill the empty bucket. After sometime when I came back to turn down the tap, the water did not stop to flow. It kept on flowing. I started
shaking like a leaf.
I could not call my parents as they will eat me raw for what I have done. I gave my blood, sweat and tears and tried stopping the gushing water but all my efforts were in vain .I called my watchmen to came and help me but we were helpless. I called my plumber and he said that it would take him more than an hour to come to my place. So. I called Just Dial and asked them to send a plumber as fast as they can. The plumber said that he would come to my place in 15 mins. Just then my parents came back. My
mom went into the washroom, turned down the tap and the water stopped flowing. That’s it. I instantly went and touched my mothers feet. Turns
out that I was rattled so much by the pressure of the exam that I had forgotten which tap I had turned up.
