Most Surprising Moment of My Life

Have you ever cried from being so surprised? I have and it is the best feeling in the world. First I so shocked I couldn’t believe what I was hearing. Then, I just burst into tears and couldn’t stop crying. Here is my most surprising moment.
I was walking home from school listening to my favorite boy band, One Direction. When I got home I stepped through the front door and every family member was sitting in the living room. Has something happened? Did someone die? Am I in trouble? All these thoughts were running through my head.
I walked into the house and sat down on the couch. I asked slowly what happened. Everyone looked at me blankly with smiles spreading across their faces. I sat waiting for a reply. Slowly my mom handed me an envelope. Looking at her with a curious face, I opened the envelope slowly.
With caution, I pulled out what was inside the envelope and I couldn’t believe my eyes. I jumped off the couch fast, started jumping up and down. Once I finally stopped jumping, I ran into my mom’s arms and thanked her.
After that, I started bawling from being so happy. This is the best day ever I thought to myself. After about an hour, I finally calmed down. I had to call my friends and tell them the fantastic news. I couldn’t believe I was actually going to a One Direction concert.
