Explanation:

I was just planning on having a nice quiet evening. Perhaps play some video games, watch a movie? But of course that was before I heard the window smash from upstairs. I tried to stay calm, because I knew someone had just broken in. I crept up the stairs, holding my breath as the stairs creaked beneath my feet. I head voice, muffled ones. I made it up the stairs, and all thoughts of staying calm were gone when I saw the intruder.
