I can never forget this experience. This accident occured 2 months ago but still it is in my memory that as if it was yesterday.
One day while I was walking through the street of my house, I met my one year old junior student of my own school . I met and talked with her at first time . Later on while our conversation was going on , I asked to
her "Let us go to the school together". She replied that " Wait Di! lemme come with my father on scooter, U may also come with us ! . She invited me gracefully. But i said bye to her and started to walk towards my school. After reaching the school, I heard that she met with the accident but the situation was not serious as i had imagined.
We are required to write a story with the ending that I was so relieved that the situation was not as serious as I had imagined. The story having the ending that is provided is as below:
This is a true-life incident that happened to me. My son came to me and complained of eye pain. Instead of taking him to the doctor, I had some eye drops with me that I thought I can put for him.
So in the afternoon when he was going to rest I took out the bottle without seeing the name and put it in my son's eyes. My son immediately started shouting with pain.
On seeing the bottle I saw that it was not the eye drop medicine but the medicine the doctor had given me to remove fungus from my toenail.
We immediately rushed to a renowned eye hospital where his eyes were checked properly. Then he was taken to a room where his eyes were properly washed.
The doctor later told me that the eyes were safe and to check every time you are using medicine and also not to use the eye drops for more than a month.
I was so relieved that this situation was not as serious as I had imagined because I was sure that I had spoilt his eyes for life.
