Answer:

                                         THE UNFAIR SELLER

Once, there was sweetmeat seller who used to sell his sweets on a cart, around the streets of the city. Everyday, he brought a lot of candies, sweets and confectionaries in his cart that attracted many children. Also, he would blow a whistle to let everyone know that he was coming with his goods. All that he brought to sell was delectable and hard to resist. But, one thing which was not satisfactory was that he used to give less quantity of goods according to the price. Since he was the only sweetmeat seller in that area, the people of that area did not revolt. One day, a woman who was new to the area, came to buy candies from the sweetmeat seller. She was delighted to see all the colourful and delicious-looking candies. She asked him to pack candies worth rupees fifty. But, when she received the candies she was disheartened to find that the amount of candies were very less as compared to the price. On being questioned by the woman, the sweetmeat seller replied, "I gave you less amount of candies because when there is less to carry it is easier to carry". Even though the woman was very angry at his response, she kept her calm and quickly thought of something to teach him a lesson. With a smile on her face the woman gave the sweetmeat seller forty rupees, instead of fifty. When he asked for the remaining ten rupees, she said, "I am just making it easier for you to count since it is less amount of money to count." With that the woman went away happily with her candies, making the sweetmeat seller speechless.
