once upon a time i am the owner of a very big mansion, my life was going smoothly but at a time my buissness get ruined and I start having a very bad time

i don't have money even to buy food, so i decided to sell the mansion but nobody buy it because there is a horrified story about my mansion that there is a ghost in my mansion, but finally a group of people from other town came and buy the mansion
