Write a summary of the following passage : 10 There lived in a certain town of Persia two painters whose fame had spread far and wide. People flocked to the city from distant places to see their pictures. Both were so good at their work that it was hard to say who was the better painter of the two. So it was decided that each was to draw a picture and judges would be appointed to decide who had produced the better work. One of them painted a bunch of grapes which looked so natural that the birds came and pecked at it. Seeing this, the judges were amazed at the painter's great skill in painting. When they went to see what the other painter had produced, he pointed to a curtain that was before their eyes. The judges thought that the picture was behind the curtain and so they proceeded to raise the curtain. They were greatly surprised, however, to find that it was only the picture of a curtain painted on the wall. This picture was adjudged the better as it had deceived a man, whilst the other had deceived only birds. [185 words]

The summary of the following passage is written below:

People came to see the two equally good painters of Persia from distant places for their widespread fame. Both were told to draw and judges were also appointed.

Judges were amazed to see the painting of a bunch of grapes being pecked by the birds. The second one pointed a curtain before their eyes, which the judges proceeded to lift to reveal the painting only to be left surprised discovering it's the painting!

The second one was better as it could decide a man while the former could only deceive birds.
