Julie te sets a villa for a sale. villa for sale is hanging over a month. she is desperately waiting for a buyer. one day jeanne, and her husband come to inspect the villa to buy it . gaston is not interested, he finds faults with garden and many aspects . Then Mrs. Al Smith enters and mistakes, gaston as the villas owner . she was in an hurry , . she wants to take shoot films here and after demolishing it. she gives instantly a cheque for 3 hundred thousand francs to Gaston. she tells him that her lawyer will complete the formalities of the deal. Gaston, now in turn praises the villa. he strickes a deal with 2 hundred thousand francs to buy the villa . ju little does not know anything about them. juilliette was very happy knowing after this.
