Father told him some ways how to do it 
he also told some negative and some positive factors .
father gave him examples about how to manage things in future that would greatly understand by the son
In all stanzas father wanna teach his sun the manners and the order of living lifestyle.
he told how to build up his personality and also if his son listen his advice he will become the great Man of his time .
