The Lost Child

In this , a child unlike any other child was roaming in the village fair looking here and there and getting fascinated by the whole mesmerising surrounding, and rushing out and his mother calling out to come back and join them by holding her hand. Whenever he wanted something his father with red eyes would see him and his mother melted by the surrounding would help forget the child by telling him to see at the mustard field , dragonflies etc. When they were nearing their village then the child saw a sweet shop and wanted them, He thought that his parents will say he is greedy so he went on. Now he came across a serpent and then again thought that his parents had forbidden him to hear corse sounds. Now he came across a gulmohar flower garland seller and again he wanted it. He again thought that his parents will not allow to buy cheap things. He came across a balloon seller and again he thought that his parents would say that he is not a child. Now he came across a swing and he was so mesmerised that he made a bold request. But he saw no one. Slowly he started crying and running here and there to look for yellow patches. Finally narrator find him and takes him to all the stalls he earlier went but this time he refuses anything and says that he only wants his father and mother.
