Explanation:
Journey by Coromandel express from Chennai to Vijayawada. Train was clean and the staff attended to the needs. Passed thro Ennore creek, Bay of Bengal and the mighty Krishna river. Vijayawada has a few canals cries crossing the city. Can be made clean for boating and tourism. Visited the Mangalagiri temple, beautiful architecture, in the town as well as the temple atop the hill. Temples were clean and tidy. Should be promoted for domestic tourism with better transport facilities, toilets etc.

We took the road less travelled - and what a magnificient feast awaited us. Yes our trip to the Andamans was a little offbeat as over & above port blair and havelock, we went to the distant diglipur travelling by road through the jarawa reserves and crossing island by ferry. The ross & smith islands is beauty personified...connected by a sand bar during low tide, one can enjoy the long sand walk between them. The uninhabited avis island - raw beauty - could approach it in a leaky dingy! Awesome!

I had an opportunity to visit few of the remote places in India. Ziro, Miao, Tawang in Arunachal Pradesh, Dha- Hanu Village in Leh- Ladakh and Avis Island in Andaman and Nicobar Island during my formative years. These places left mark on my mind. Their culture so different what in metropolitan cities yet so same. Even if those people live in houses made of bamboo or stones, their thinking is much more advanced than us. I am more amazed by Drokpa tribe- who are said to follow culture of aryans.

We visited Beetab valley and Chandawari after Aru Valley in morning. Next day we left for our Hotel near by Dal Lake. In morning we go for Dal Lake and around as Nehru Garden.

Last week I went to Odisha and I was overwhelmed by the courteous and polite service at every place of tourist interests. People of odisha are very kind and helpful whether you travel by taxi or by small Rickshaw you will feel emotionally attached. Most of the torist place like PURI, Bhubhneshwar, Konark as well as beach are free from pollution. I appreciate the work of Chief Minister of ODISHA and hope other states having tourist flow will follow the strategy to boost tourism in India.
