The Principal,                                                                                                                      Government School,                                                                                                          City A.B.C.                                                                                                                         Respectfully,

It is stated that our time table does not have a game period. Our everyday routine is so hectic and lunch break is only 15 minutes long so we have no time to play sports in it. Moreover physical health is very necessary for us to keep us healthy and fit. It keeps our mind fresh and muscles healthy. Therefore this is our wholly request to add the game period in our time table.

Yours Obediently,                                                                                                              Class 7th.                                                                                                                             Section:                                                                                                                                Dated:16-10-18

To,

The Principal,

Ambica Public School,

New Delhi

Sub: Game period for our class.

Respected Ma'am,

I Riya, class Representative of class VII, writing this letter to you on behalf of the entire class. This is to bring your attention to the need for a game period in our regular schedule. It is very necessary for us to rejuvenate and re-energize for the next class. The games and other physical activities work to refresh our mind and rejuvenate us to adopt new ideas and get knowledge easily. Thus, I request you to kindly arrange a Game Period in our daily routine. We will be grateful.

Thanking you

Yours faithfully
