{ You can write about any poet of your choice, but my favorite poet was Sumitranandan Pant, so I would like to write about him }

Sumitranandan Pant, who was an Indian and great poet of Hindi literature, started writing poetry at the age of seven years and gradually became popular in the country through his poems. Sumitranandan Pant was born on 20th May 1900 as Almora It was in a village, which is located in Uttar Pradesh.
His mother used to walk at the time of his birth, hence he used to reciprocate his grandmother. His real name was Gusai Datta. Sumitranand ji did not like his name, so he changed his name to Sumitranandan Pant.
