The types of festival celebrated in my area is Dewali, Besaikhi, Lohri, Holi and Navratri. These festivals are backbone of our society because each one of us are involved in these cultural celebrations. In my locality the maximum population is Punjabi, Sikhs and Hindues who celebrate these festivities with great pomp and show. On the occasion of these programs our society members organise these events beautifully and all the members gather together for celebrating these festivals together.
