There was a time when there was some sound downstairs in the kitchen at my house. My parents were asleep and it was so dark. I got so scared when I heard the sound and kept hugging my brother. I couldn't sleep so I woke my little brother and told him that I kept on hearing sounds downstairs. My brother advised me to go and tell our parents. So I and my brother ran to my parents room and woke them up and told them about it. At first they said me to quit acting like a child then they also heard the sound coming from downstairs. My dad went to check and came back rushing with his phone. I asked him what he saw and he said he saw a tall shadow looking for something. He immediately called the police. Few minutes we sat in the room without uttering a word until the police arrived and caught the thief.
