war and peace is a novel by the Russian author 'Leo TTolstoy. it is a book which is known as one of the longest novel written ever. war and peace is about 5 families during the Napoleonic war in russia. it explores of human emotions, war, money,love,marriage,forgiveness.
it is divided into 5 volumes.
Leadership is a major role of personality played a role in the book war and peace. a good leader can save lives of men unexpectedly, no matter how much he dominance in the past, today is different day and tomorrow is never comes.
in my opinion just treat it like another book u r reading the only difference is that this one is long but this will over time you will forget its lenght once u get indulge into story.
