ANSWER:

Black soul--
Chernozem is a black-colored soil containing a high percentage of humus and high percentages of phosphoric acids, phosphorus and ammonia. Chernozem is very fertile and can produce high agricultural yields with its high moisture storage capacity.

Latrate soil-
Laterite is a soil and rock type rich in iron and aluminium and is commonly considered to have formed in hot and wet tropical areas. Nearly alllaterites are of rusty-red coloration, because of high iron oxide content. They develop by intensive and prolonged weathering of the underlying parent rock.

Forest soil-
Forest soils form where it is not too hot, and not too cold. ... Soils that formed under deciduousforests are very fertile and productive agricultural lands because of the decomposing leaves at thesoil surface. However, soils formed under pine trees are usually more acidic and sandy, and are less suited to growing crops.
