                               HUMAN BRAIN :

• Human Brain is the largest coordinating part of the body.

• It is protected by the Cranium, the bony box in the skull.

• The brain is covered by three membranes.

• The space between the membranes are called meanings.

• The membranes have cerebrospinal fluid between the membranes which protects the brain from mechanical shocks.

• Forebrain includes the cerebrum and the olfactory lobes.

• The cerebrum is the largest part of the brain. It consists two cerebral hemispheres. It has sensory areas from where it receives the messages from sense organs. And it also having motor areas from impulses sent to muscle cells for an appropriate actions.

• It is the main thinking part of the brain.

• Cerebrum is the seat of thinking , memory , learning, reasoning and personality.

• It is made up of thalamus and hypothalamus.
• It connects fore brain to the hindbrain.

• It consists cerebellum , pons and medulla.  

• Cerebellum : It controls coordination , adjacent of movement and posture of the body.

• Pons regulates respiration.

• Medulla is the centre of involuntary actions such as swallowing , sneezing, vomiting etc and it also controls the rate of heartbeats.
