I have given u two defination for community buddy...use the required defination

COMMUNITY:

1/ A group of people living in the same place or having a particular characteristic in common.

2/ The condition of sharing or having certain attitudes and interests in common.

NATIONAL RESOURCES:

All the resources which are under the control of the State or Union Government are known as national resources. All the resources within political boundaries are national resources because the government even has the power to acquire private property for public good. Examples: Railways, forests.
