AUTOTROPHIC : these are organisms that make their own food with simple organic substances like sunlight chlorophyl ex: green plants

HETEROTROPHIC : these are organisms that are depend on autotrophs ex: humans. this is divided into:

(a) Parasitic: organisms depend on living organisms ex: leeches

(b) Saprophytic: prganisms depend on dead decaying matter ex: fungi

HOLOZOIC: nutrition in which ingestion digestion absorbtion assimlation and excreion takes place ex : amoeba and human etc
