He had created many conferences and seminars to spread such awareness in society.

Mangaon conference (1920) and Bahishkrit Hitkarini Sabha was two of these seminars.  

Chavdar lake movement was also known as MAHAD Satyagraha, which was known even today as the social Empowerment day in India.

Fire to Manusmriti was one of the revolutionary steps Ambedkar took during MAHAD Satyagraha.
