Future perfect continuous is used to express actions which will be in progress over a period of time that will end in the future
For e.g. By next march we shall have been living here for four years.

FUTURE Perfect CONTINOUS : USES
This tense is used to express an action which will begin before a definite moment in the future , will continue up to that moment and will be in progress even at that moment ..:
by 5 p.m I shall have been riding a bicycle for two hours .
