if an individual person although not having any job facilities which refers to less or no income due to illiteracy ,etc is known as unemployment

Illiteracy: Illiteracy refers to inability of the people to read & write. It is a major cause of prevailing poverty & ignorance among a large section of India society. There are many people who have never had the opportunity to in formal education mostly due to poverty or sometimes due to indifferent family background.

Unemployment: Unemployment is a serious social & economical concern for allmost all over the world. It leads to many social ills. It is an issue that government tries to addresses. When it's rates fall, many social ills also gets on decline. When people are gainfully employed, it leads to social & economic well being of our country.
