Explanation:
Dear Diary,
Today, I met Stephen Hawking, a man who has a similar fate as me. We're both confined by four wheels rather than two legs. Our shared best buddy is the wheelchair. I was first apprehensive about meeting the famous scientist, but as the interview continued, I got more at ease with him and admired him. These are the memories that I will remember for the rest of my life. We were meant to talk for 30 minutes, but Mr. Hawking is a gracious man. He requested me to wait a little longer and handed me a cup of tea. He also showed me around his lovely garden. I was paying great attention to Mr. Hawking and how he had to continually search for and touch buttons in order to find the correct words to communicate himself. He was speaking through computer-assisted sound, which was being generated by the only moving portion of his body, his long pale fingers. I started to feel weak when he put the receiver down. I generalize the situation of handicapped individuals and highlight how tough it is to maintain the appearance of being brave at all times. The only time I truly feel bold and powerful is when someone else who is also handicapped does something wonderful. To me, Mr. Hawking is the most beautiful person.
