Write about major contribution of three chemist mendelav / lavsise and Dalton
Answers
Answer:
dalton = atoms
lavsiss= law of conservation of mass
mendalav= periodic table
Answer:
Dmitri Mendeleev - He was a Russian chemist who lived from 1834 to 1907. He is considered to be the most important contributor to the development of the periodic table. His version of the periodic table organised elements into rows according to their atomic mass and into columns based on chemical and physical properties
Lavoisier - He is most noted for his discovery of the role oxygen plays in combustion. He recognised and named oxygen (1778) and hydrogen (1783), and opposed the phlogiston theory. Lavoisier helped construct the metric system, wrote the first extensive list of elements, and helped to reform chemical nomenclature.
John Dalton - He proposed the Atomic Theory in 1803 which stated that all matter is composed of small particles called atoms.
ps its Lavoisier and not lavsise:)
