Once in Traffic He was waiting behind there was a vehicle of DSP ..It was DSPs son who was handling the vehicle.He blowed the horn but he didn’t move away ...(Manohar).He got down and said I am son of DSP won’t you move ? Manohar said he is CM of Goa....

•He worked as Defence minister before nirmala sitaramn.
