Kepler's law

the planets move around the sun in elliptical orbits with the sun at once focus of the ellipse.

the radius vector from the planet to the sun sweeps out equal area's in equal intervals of Time .

the Time ratio of T^2 / a^3 equal constant where T is the period of the planets orbit around the sun and a is the semi major axes of the ellipse.

Kepler's laws of planetary motion
1) first law:
( law of orbits)
=> "" all the planets move in the elliptical orbits around the sun with the sun at one focus ""

L= MVR
= constant
V1 R1=V2 R2

2) second law :
(law of areas)
=> "" the line joining the centre of all planet or the sun sweeps equal areas in the equal interval of time ""

or

""aerial velocity of the planet remains constant""
Aerial velocity=
 \frac{da}{dt } = \frac{d}{dt} \frac{1}{2} {r}^{2} theta \: \\ \frac{1}{2} = {r}^{2} \frac{d \: theta}{dt } \\ \frac{1}{2} {r}^{2} theta

3) third law:
( law of periods)
=> ""the square of the time period of revolution of a planet around the sun is proportional to the cube of semi major axis of its elliptical Orbit""

 {t}^{2} directly \: proportionl \: to \: \: {r}^{2}
