ozone layer is like a blanket of air which prevents the harmful ultra violet rays of sun and ozone layer depletion is one of the most serious problems faced by our earth and it also the prime reason of global warming.Low temperatures , increase in level of chlorine and bromine gases in the upper stratosphere are some of the reasons that lead to ozone depletion.
