the Indian Constitution recognises the dignity of the individual and protects him or her against any form of exploitation. The right to exploitation clearly prohibits :-
- trafficking in human beings.
- forced labour which is done without any wage in return.
- when such a service is standard on a lifelong basis, it is termed as bonded labour.
- employment of children below the age of 14 in a factory, mine or in any other hazzardous job
