Examples of short-term crops that are grown for 45-60 days are cowpea, buckwheat, oats, yellow mustard, oilseed radish, and sorghum.

Long term crop - Any crop that has life term of greater than 5 yrs is considered long term crops.

For example, mango, coconut, teak etc.
