I am a person who becomes very happy even for trivial things like
It’s a poha( Flattened rice) which most of the people in Maharashtra eat as a breakfast. It’s my favorite. :)
2. Tea.
I can have tea any time of the day in any season. Yes, I can have it in peak summer too. (By sitting in front of AC/cooler :p). A cup of tea with my favorite song make me very happy. This combination changes my mood in a minute.
3. A good sleep of minimum 7 hours. I am a sleep lover.
4. Phone call from people who are very close to me(my sister/ best friends).
5. When I finish my daily study targets.
That’s all I can think of now. I had become negative towards life. I wanted to change my life and I succeeded to some extent. Now, I smile a lot even when there is no reason to smile. I just try to find a reason to smile these days. While sleeping, if I feel that I haven’t smiled during the day, I watch short stand up comedy just to smile. I like to go to bed happy. Try this. You will see many good changes in yourself. :)
I thought of quitting writing(due to harsh comments earlier) but I love writing.
