this is a type of farming practised to meet the needs of the farmers family.

SHIFTING AGRICULTURE :-
this is also known as 'slash or burn' agriculture. farmer grows a crop on its land and after the land loses its fertility the land is abandoned, and the cultivator moves in search of new plot.
NOMADIC HERDING :-
in this type of farming farmers move from place to place with their animals for fodder and water along define routes. this type of movement rises in response to climatic constraints and terrain.
