It means you can transfer data from one atom to another without any interventing medium between them. It happens because of atomic entanglement. One atom if is in up then other must be in down. Quantum teleportation allows you to transfer data from any point of universe to another at speed of light.

However teleportation which means transferring one mass( or body) from one position to other has not been verified so far. It means you can only transfer data not humans.
