Bihu is identity of Assamese people and it reflects inner vibrant nature of them. If outsiders of Assam are to be introduced to its culture, then any Assamese people would tell them proudly about Bihu. Once, there was a saying that Assam is known for three 'B's, namely Brahmaputra, Bhupen Hazarika and ofcourse Bihu.
