Fundemental rights are:
1) right to equality- all people are equal before the law.
2) right to freedom- this includes right to freedom of speech and expiration and right to practice an occupaion.
3) right to freedom of religion- this means that everyone has right to practice any religion.
4) cultural and educational rights- all minorities, religious or linguistics, can set up their own educational institutions in order to develop their own culture.
5) right against exploitation- the Constitution prohibits trafficking, forced labour, and children working under the age of 14.
6) right to constitutional remidies- anyone can move the court if they feel any of their fundamentalrights are violated.
