Fundemental rights are provided to all.

Fundemental rights are:

1) right to equality- all people are equal before the law.

2) right to freedom- this includes right to freedom of speech and expiration and right to practice an occupaion.

3) right to freedom of religion- this means that everyone has right to practice any religion.

4) cultural and educational rights- all minorities, religious or linguistics, can set up their own educational institutions in order to develop their own culture.

5) right against exploitation- the Constitution prohibits trafficking, forced labour, and children working under the age of 14.

6) right to constitutional remidies- anyone can move the court if they feel any of their fundamentalrights are violated.

Hope this helps you.
