Hot desert vegetation:

• The hot desert vegetation generally includes thorny bushes and different varieties of cactus. Deserts are those areas of the world that receives less than 25 cm of rainfall annually. These areas are extremely hot and dry and there is very scarce water so, a large number of vegetation is absent in these places.

• The vegetation of these areas includes only some thorny bushes and various varieties of cactus. These plants have special adaptations that make them able to grow in such deserts.

• And, even those cactus can not grow everywhere in the desert, they can grow in the areas where some amount of groundwater is present, such places are called "Oasis". They grow around them and their deep roots penetrate deep to get the water.
