(A) Bastar --this is located in the southern part of present state of Chattisgarh
(B). Many different tribal communities like Gonds , Dharwas , bhatras , and Halbhas lived in this region
(C) some communities practiced shifting cultivation. This was their general pattern of their life before British came to india
(D) during the colonial period , the forest were declared as reserved forest
(E) these communities used the forest product for satisfying there basic needs
