Plants:
They respire through stomata. Exchange of gases take place through the stomatal pores in which during light cycle Carbon Dioxide is absorbed and oxygen is released and dark cycle in which Oxygen is absorbed and Carbon Dioxide is Released
Animals and Humans:
They respire through the mouth[Buccal Cavity]
The air is taken in, Oxygen is absorbed by Bronchioles in Lungs and Carbon Dioxide from blood and the Carbon Dioxide in Air is Given Out.
The Oxygenated blood is then sent to the lungs by the pulmonary vein.
