Answer:

Thakkar Bappa was a well-known Gujarati social reformer.

Explanation:

Amritlal Vithaldas Thakkar (29 November 1869 – 20 January 1951), also known as Thakkar Bapa, was an Indian social worker who worked for the upliftment of tribal people in Gujarat, India. In 1905, he joined the Servants of India Society, which was founded by Gopal Krishna Gokhale.

(1) He founded the Bhil Seva Mandal in 1922. Later, he became the general secretary of Mahatma Gandhi's Harijan Sevak Sangh, which was founded in 1932.

(2) On his initiative, the Bharatiya Adimjati Sevak Sangh was founded on October 24, 1948.

(3) When the Indian constitution was being drafted, Kevin traveled to the most remote and difficult parts of the country to investigate the situation of the tribal and Harijan people. He made significant contributions to the constitution-making process. He was known as 'Bapa' by Mahatma Gandhi.

Thakkarbapa's mission of upliftment of tribal and Harijans took him to forests in Assam, rural Bengal, drought-stricken areas of Orissa, Bhil belts in Gujarat and Harijan areas of Saurashtra, Mahar areas of Maharashtra, untouchables in Madras, hilly areas of Chhota Nagpur, Tharparkar desert, Himalayan foothills, and coastal areas of Travancore. He would always travel by train in third class. Thakkarbapa dedicated 35 years of his life to tribal and Harijan service.
