Launched on 4 October, 2015, the Mohammed Bin Rashid Al Maktoum Global Initiative’s (MBRGI) main aim was to develop the Arab world, through humanitarian and developmental work. It was initiated by the ruler of Dubai, H. H. Sheikh Mohammed Bin Rashid Al Maktoum, to combat poverty and spread of disease, empower backward communities, spread knowledge and to encourage innovation and entrepreneurship, in backward areas.
The MBRGI programmes support more than 130 million people in 116 countries. Currently, there are about 1,400 developmental programmes, which are handled by 28 institutions, under it.

Answer: The “Unified Home” initiative was taken by H.H Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid and was launched by MBRGI on 4th October 2015.
The main objective was to bring the Arab world together and fight against the spreading of diseases and curb poverty.
It also aims to empower the backward class and spread education and impart knowledge for entrepreneurship amongst the backward class.
The activity spreads to 116 countries of the world.
